About Us

After graduating from San Diego State University in 1989, Robert Sullivan set out to be an educator.  He emphasized in English and Spanish Communications.  To this day, he continues to "educate" his clients rather than "sell" product. He provides solutions by "listening" to their needs. 

Health Insurance is very complicated and constantly changing.  Bob can simplify your actual needs by asking you the appropriate questions and giving you direction.  He specializes in small employer groups and their individual needs.  RS&A can offer human resources assistance to small employers, so they can do what they do best--their business. 

Robert Sullivan opened his own offices in 2005, after fifteen years managing the employee benefits division of a San Diego based insurance agency.  Since 1990, he has actively supported the World Floor Covering Association, Building Industry Association, Chamber of Commerce groups and other trade industries with a nack for small employers' needs. 

The Internet has boosted his extensive health insurance experience.  It allows him to cater to the needs of his clients on a very quick and courteous level of professionalism.
